Ten-X provides a platform to manage commercial real estate transactions. The platform allows brokers to use an auction-style bid process, Live Bid, along with two new options. With Managed Bid, sellers select a shortlist of buyers based on indicative round, shortlisted buyers get extra due diligence and a contract review period and buyer is determined via best & final auction. Offer Select allows sellers to set preferred terms including pricing and timing, allows for exclusive due diligence and financing contingencies, and then seller selects the buyer after optional shortlist round.
